birthday countdown 2012 : the table setting

I believe that a wedding reception to a dinner party, the table setting is one of the important decor factors. It is what sets the mood for the entirety of the meal. Think about it, when you plan family over for the holidays, you constantly entertain different table decor ideas in your head before setting the table. So I guess you can say, I always aim to perfect the table.

I didn't put together what the table would exactly look like [mainly because of resources]. But, I've outlined some key features and pieces to perfect a weekend getaway to Cannes birthday party for my birthday countdown series. I'm thinking more of a purple [like from the inspiration board] and gold mix. With touches of sweet, natural lavender.
