I have strong desire to cook for everyone. All my blog followers and blog friends in particular. I don't know why, but when I'm working on a post, I just get so entirely inspired because I know that all my blog friends and followers will truly appreciate what I'm doing. It's such a loving and encouraging feeling. If I was a billionaire, I would fly you all out to come stay with me and throw a big pizza party. Lots of vino with sweet conversations sprinkled with good food. My mantra, good food accompanied by good company makes for a happy day.
This is to you, my friends.
Also, have you seen my pizza party inspiration and tips post?
And check here for a good marinara sauce recipe.
{ps} my aunt came up with this recipe and I've slightly adapted it. She's quite the cook and just like my mother, has been such an inspiration for my culinary adventure. {Thank you, Minaximasi!}
*I noticed I forgot to include the rest of the cooking instructions. All you do is add your desired toppings and sauce on top of the rolled out pizza dough and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. If your cheese is browning too quickly, then place aluminum foil over the pizza making sure it doesn't directly touch the pizza.

This looks delicious! I used to buy pizza dough from a bakery near my house in Portland, and I've been searching for a place like that since moving back to MA. Without luck. Now I can just make my own, knowing it's tried and true.
ReplyDeleteWell come on over then :)
ReplyDeleteWe had multiple recipes at home. My dad is very particular about food and everything trying and perfecting this recipe, we haven't changed in years! Hope you like it!

Thanks Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteWell come on over then :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Allison! I feel like this is the most fuss free crust I've ever had to make. Most others ask for multiple kinds of flours, etc.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! My kids LOVE love pizza & homemade crust is not too difficult & you save a ton of $$ over store bought. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, It's a lot cheaper than going out and buying pizza for sure. It's what I did in college surprisingly. I would make the dough and everyone would bring sauces and toppings.. makes for a great party too!
