I have Mexican food craving quite often and I'm kind of nervous about being in Scotland with these cravings and with the lack of Mexican cuisine restaurants available. This is not even a joke, it's one thing I thought about when I was making the decision to study abroad for a year. So I thought I would gather some of my closest blog friends and host a [virtual] taco party on the blog today, featuring a taco bar! Below is some decor inspiration and a checklist of what to include on your taco bar! Of course, please go have a burrito for me...

Lovely photos, S. Tacos are our favorite quickie dinner lately. I like to fill them with grilled bell peppers and onions, chicken, corn, and lettuce. In place of sour cream we use plain Greek yogurt, which is a surprisingly great substitute. This post is making me hungry...maybe I'll have tacos for breakfast today!
