It has already been 6 months since my family's trip to Jamaica. Can you believe that? This obviously means it has been 6 months since we bought our bottles of rum. I didn't even realize it until I was looking for a good bottle of wine to open up on Friday evening. I saw the multiple bottles of rum from Jamaica... collecting dust. Since we had the right ingredients, I thought I would put together a minty mai tai. We grilled out, sipped on our mai tais and enjoyed the sun.
