This recipe was completely inspired by my trip to Granada, Spain. A Spanish city drenched in ancient Arab history that is translated through art and architecture. I was organizing all my photos on an external hard drive and ended up spending hour carefully scrutinizing every single photo and replaying the moment of each capture in my mind. It made me even more excited for my move to Scotland, all the adventures are about to resume.
Anyways, the above photo was taken right before my friends [other fellow backpackers from all over the world] and I decided to head over to a little corner joint that had some of the best Turkish chicken kabobs I've ever had. With a little experimenting, this is what I came up with!
This is to you, my fellow backpackers. Hope to reunite quite soon!

These chicken kabobs and look delicious! They'd be so great paired with a greek salad!
