{weekend note}

It's been so long since I've had a {weekend note}! I usually have so many photos to share with you that I can't even keep up with them, but lately life has been a bit more studious. I am in the midst of what feels like midterms week with reading and assignments, so I really haven't had the time to explore much. Graduate school is so much more time consuming and work than I thought it was, but it's worth it. I think it's safe to say that I am now comfortable where I am. Therefore, I have passed the homesick stage [just barely], and I have made friends that I am really with. It's crazy how I'm calling this place home for one year and I'm already on month two! 

For the blog, part of me feels like I have been lacking. Yes, I haven't been able to comment on blog posts, but trust me when I say I do read them when I'm in between classes or lectures. I feel bad that the interaction that was so strong on c&é has gone down, but do remember that I do read every comment and appreciate each one. I just have so much going on on a day-to-day basis that it's even hard to keep track of what I had to eat even! But, it's hard to give everything 100%. I just hope you're enjoying c&é.

Also, I just wanted to say how I'm planning my winter break plans and I think you're going to love them so much! There will be lots of photo stories, that I'm sure you're going to love. I do hope to take some photos this weekend a bit. I've spent some recent weekends here indoors studying, so I would like to break out of this little rut I am now and do something a little bit more inspiring because reading is just getting a bit boring.

Anyways, how are your weekend plans coming along? Anything special?
