I think my biggest regret in my culinary lifetime is not cooking enough with avocados. I actually stopped eating them for a bit over the summer for a serious diet, which ended up… failing. It’s probably the best thing next to sliced bread, and I have a hidden talent, friends. I can pick out the best avocados ever. I’m seriously the avocado whisperer. So who ever ends up marrying me, is a very lucky man. I’ve got some tricks up my sleeves.
Also, I know it’s not avocado season. But in the south you can get these things all the time. In Florida, we would eat them through hibernating season as well. So, if you’re from the south this one is best for you. If not, then pin and admire?
