Living in Europe is great and splendid, but I get hankerings for good Mexican food. This is a once-a-week feeling, and after going a few months without some real Mexican food, I’ve been suffering. Real, quality suffering going on here. I mean I love the whole European lifestyle, which includes the cuisine. But salsa, is something that is often missed. Accompanied with some tortilla and a frozen drink containing tequila. Gosh, I’m salivating.
Traditionally, this dish is made with skirt steak, but I opted for chicken.
