recipe : pea-almond pesto

I know this is a bit random to start off a post-Christmas post, but why not start detoxing stylishly from all the booze, sweets and treats? I have had my fair share of mince pies and gingerbread cookies. I love the feeling of having a clean meal after a big holiday feast. My favorite way would to make some kind of pesto with a seared salmon. This is the easiest to whip up especially since you’re all slow from a glucose slump, and perfect with rustic bread for a crostini or with a bowl of pasta.
