After my weekend in London, I definitely am on detox from all the absolutely delicious (and sinful) food I consumed. From tea and cakes and scones to Neapolitan pizzas to endless cups of rich hot chocolates and aged wines… I need a break. One thing I sought when coming back from London was comfort. I immediately thought of one of my favorite spring salads, this fuji apple salad that I made countless times.
