recipe : moroccan-inspired watercress salad


I’ve found myself fixated on salads recently, which is quite unusual as I find them rather… tedious. So much effort for something that really doesn’t seem to be that satisfying. But friends, I’ve changed my opinion radically. Who knew you could do so much with simple greens? I discovered watercress, find them earthy and just a hint of bitterness. Lets throw something sweet in them mix to alleviate the bitterness and spice, medjool dates? And for color, a bit of red onion.
