It has been a fairly busy week and with busy weeks come busy, but exciting weekend plans. I know it’s only Tuesday but I’m looking forward to having some close friends over the next few weeks as summer begins. For warmer days, I try to steer away from hearty dishes and seek to make summer dinner parties about the conversations and delicate, fresh flavors of fruits and vegetables.
