Energy has been running low on my end as of late. Usually nights are early and my mornings have been daunting as the alarm goes off. I think it’s the fact that my morning work out routine had been disrupted and thus my exercise regimen is a bit chaotic. I need to get a regimen back in order and be a bit more strict on myself. I also need to stop doing just too much in the day and take time to take a step back, but who am I kidding?The result of often tiring and grueling evenings have meant quick, easy meals. Meals that provide little effort, but do the trick as they are healthy, flavorful and nutritious.
