street style | NYC summer edition

{in the office} with rebecca dale photography

Summertime in NYC is quite a field day for fashion lovers like myself, on my recent visit between meetings,  I spent hours meandering and getting lost in the city. Sometimes I would come across men in leather trousers, women wearing DVF resort 2014, Givenchy bags, Prada sunglasses, different textures and patterns. After frequenting the streets of Paris, Milan and previously NYC too {here, here, here, and here}–a place so diverse with people from different countries and backgrounds… I guess there’s not much to say after that when it comes to different styles. And so here are a few shots of summer street style, NYC edition.

  • I love the necklace with the tassels running down the back!! It’s nothing I’ve ever seen before. Do you know where you can find something similar to that? If you do, let me know. Love the post.
    Much Love, AnnCates xx

    • Hi love! Thank you so much 🙂 And isn’t it so lovely?! I was fumbling around changing the settings on my camera and running behind her to get this photo haha. Well, the necklace is a regular long tassel necklace that she just pulled back. Just make sure there isn’t a clasp on the back of the necklace or else it would look weird. I loved the style so much that I bought one from Max & Chloe recently. Here’s the link http://rstyle.me/~2duTS 🙂 x

People often (myself included) only focus on the “front” of an outfit. But the view from the back can be a whole different adventure if you let it! I also love the shape that open back makes -~

        • haha, I mean it’s a challenge to get people in front and up close.. I usually pretended I was taking a photo of something else. But that tassel necklace that drapes at the back is so lovely!

      • Thank you so much! I am going to be wearing this trend. xx
