As I was going through my recipe archives and reading of all the stories I have shared with you over that past three years, I realized that though I talk greatly about my childhood and hosting many dinner parties alongside my parents, I never really share may recipes that can feed a crowd. Silly of me. I wanted to share a recipe that can be used for those dinner parties where you want to indulge your guests and give them something comforting. I was never one for fussy dinner party foods, you know, foods that just seemed too immaculate and there was a particular process to eat them. So I knew the combination of comfort, taste and easy foods means something like arancini di riso.

And here’s a fun fact, this was the very first recipe I made on my own for a dinner party my parents hosted back in high school, and I go back to it often.

{ps} I serve these with my marinara sauce!
