This week I’ve been two steps behind it seems. My blog posts have not gone up in time, my promotional posts have not been scheduled, luckily with work I have been on top, but my mind has been consumed with getting to the next step as quickly as possible. Do you have those weeks where time is not on your side and you’re actually right on its tail as you run toward it? Sometimes your grasp is just enough.
To get back into the routine, I look for balance and meditation. Balance in diet and meditation in the sense that I take full control of my body like through exercise and dance.
Today I’m planning take the evening off and do just that, cocoon myself so it is all about me. An evening of either rowing or dancing…
