Just a few weeks back I talked about how I love that this season incorporates so many delicious and indulgent baked goods. It’s true that I love my sweets, but unfortunately I have a weaker stomach and excess sugar tends to make it a bit upset. Every evening, instead of reaching for a chocolate milk before bed, I have a cup of detox tea. This has been a regular practice since my days at St. Andrews with Lizzie. So as we take on the last few weeks of the holidays with mince pies, pastries filled with marzipan and of course endless loaves of stollen bread, a little something to give your stomach some ease…
