I don’t know why, but I always associate green peas to warmer weather. Even though my fondness for green peas thrived when I was living in Scotland. Mushy peas was a thing, always given as a side especially with fish and chips. Though, it’s basically the tundra in Scotland most of the year, I still conclude it to be a warmer weather vegetable. And so, I thought it was only appropriate to share a green pea recipe as it is the peak of winter and I’m craving warmer weather…
